Brief of FSSAI License

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is in charge of issuing food permits to Food Business Operators in India.   • Slaughter capacity is limited to two large and ten small cattle per day, as well as 50 poultry birds per day.
  • Vegetable oil components, such as oil expeller devices, are manufactured or refined in solvents and refineries. Per day, up to 100 kg/litres (excluding milk and meat).
